Your productions, your way
The home page shows your name or your own portal logo, a short introduction, a contact button and a card for every production you put on the portal. Each production gets its own page with a cover image, a short and a long text, the credits, the next dates and its downloads.
A programme that keeps itself up to date
The programme lists your public dates per month, up to 18 months ahead, with a filter per production. Ticket links go to the website of the presenting organisation. Visitors can subscribe to the programme in their own calendar app.
Documents to download
Share press kits, technical riders or photos per production. You choose which files are public and under which name. Planarama reminds you to keep contracts and invoices off the portal.
You decide what is public
Switch the portal on or off, choose per production whether it shows, and choose which date statuses appear in the programme — so options stay internal. Change your portal address whenever you want.
Public, but not in search engines
The portal is not indexed by search engines: you share the link yourself, on your website, in a mail or on social media. It is public though — anyone with the link can see it.
