Four views on the same planning
The month view colours every date by production type and folds away the weeks that are already behind you. The week view shows the hours, with overlapping activities side by side. The day view is made for your phone. The list view lets you sort, filter, search and pick your own columns, and remembers the views you save.
Repeat a date instead of retyping it
Create a series from any date: daily, on chosen weekdays, or every few weeks. You see a preview before anything is created, and you can edit the whole series at once later. Start times stay right across the switch to and from summer time.
Your statuses, your terminology
Option, confirmed, cancelled — or whatever your team calls them. You set your own statuses, types and colours, and every status change is kept with the date and who made it.
Holidays and private items
Show public and school holidays for your country right in the calendar. Add calendar items of your own, and mark them as only visible to you.
Your planning in your own calendar app
Subscribe to an iCal feed with all dates of your account, or only the dates you work on. A feed can also be made per team member. Revoke or renew a link whenever you want.
